Terms

Terms of service

These terms govern access to Bed Registry pilot services and public information pages.

Service description

Bed Registry provides facility-level aged care vacancy information with verification metadata, including source, verified timestamp, and validity window where available.

No guarantee of placement

Availability can change quickly. Bed Registry does not guarantee that a listed bed remains available, that a placement will occur, or that a facility will accept a referral.

Verification limits

Listings are shown as current only when recently verified and not expired. Unknown, stale, or incomplete information should not be treated as confirmed availability.

No patient or resident information

Users must not submit patient or resident personal information through public Bed Registry forms or registry search workflows.

Facility corrections and opt-out

Facilities may correct availability details or opt out of verification emails. Opt-out requests are recorded and respected.

Liability

Bed Registry is an information service in pilot development. Users remain responsible for confirming suitability, availability, fees, clinical fit, and admission requirements directly with facilities.
