1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using www.bedregistry.com.au, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of service

Bed Registry provides a platform for searching and receiving alerts about aged care bed availability across Australian facilities. The platform aggregates verified data collected daily from facility contacts.

3. Data accuracy

While we verify bed availability daily, availability can change between verifications. We make no guarantee that data displayed is 100% accurate at the time of viewing. We recommend contacting facilities directly to confirm availability before making placement decisions.

4. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payment and billing

Paid plans are processed via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. All charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Cancellation policy

You may cancel your paid plan at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Access to paid features continues until the end of your billing cycle.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Bed Registry shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Australia, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Adelaide.
