Privacy policy
Bed Registry handles facility-level aged care availability information. Public search and pilot workflows do not require patient or resident personal information.
Information we collect
We may collect facility contact details, availability updates, referral contact details, enquiry form submissions, and operational metadata such as verification timestamps, sources, and validity windows.
What we do not request
We do not ask facilities, hospitals, advisors, or families to enter patient or resident personal information into public forms or registry search workflows.
How availability data is used
Availability information is used to create timestamped facility-level records. Listings are treated as current only while recently verified and within their validity window.
Facility contacts and opt-out
Facility contacts may opt out of verification emails. Opt-outs are recorded and respected in future outreach runs.
Service providers
We use operational providers for hosting, database storage, email delivery, and monitoring. These providers are used to operate Bed Registry and protect the reliability of the service.
